I created this book to tell leaders, ministers, pastors, counselors and coaches that they don't need human acceptance to believe in themselves. I love all of these women because they have decided to serve people and put other people's need above their own which is not easy to do. It is easy to fall into the habit of not taking care of our needs when we are constantly approached for comfort, advice and encouragement. I want these women to know their responsibility to serve others should not mean the end of encouraging yourself. I want to encourage them with my story of how God revived me as a minister and life coach when I felt lost and ashamed of my struggles to the point that I hid them until it was too late to recover my possessions. He shared with how he felt about me as just Nkese and told me I was enough to lead others and come back from such a dark and walk into the light of his love for me.
