God and I wrote this book prophetically which makes it very prophetic. When I finished my first journaling challenge with an exclusive group of women I was so inspired to uplift hardworking women and mothers. This book is my love letter to them letting them know they don’t have to seek approval from the world to feel special. I
want to them to know God created them and has wonderful thoughts about them. His thoughts are what matter in this world and should shape how we see each other. I know what it feels like to need human approval to feel better about yourself and it resulted in low self esteem.
I wrote this book immerse the woman who reads it in the beautiful thoughts of God so she can block out what the world thinks of her.

I started coaching and mentoring women in 2021 to help them overcome the negative perspective they had about their life. I saw that their life was lacking in joy and decided to create coaching strategies to help them immediately after I got certified! I began to work two weeks after being cetified because these beautiful women were waiting for me to help them. It has truly been an honor to see them smile in ways they never thought was possible! I provided a joy-filled environment where they can learn new principles of coaching to apply to their lives. There was never dull time in any of our sessions. We iron out the details together so you can have a clear understanding what you need to do to overcome your sadness and execute a strategy to tackle the obstacle in front of you. In the beginning, I would always say we don’t run from storms we chase them!
